Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in question. Dispute Resolution Process

If the issue is not resolved, we will arrange a mediation session with a neutral third party to facilitate a mutually agreeable solution.
In the event mediation does not resolve the dispute, we will proceed to arbitration, where a binding decision will be made by an independent arbitrator.
